First time went to see the lady, she was a hour and a half late to arrive, then made a booking for two people for cupping as advised by her, and they scheduled 1 and then wanted the other party to wait a hour for theirs, no apologies, no how can we rectify it. Won’t spend my money there again.

If I could give a minus one, I definitely would. I went in two days ago with my partner. I informed the masseuse that I was experiencing back pain before the massage. The massage was average really and I left with the same back pain. When my partner relayed his experience I was gobsmacked! Pressure points and his source of tension was explained to him AND he was offered the suction cups while I got nothing but the bare minimum. Now, after laying a compliant, we’re being sent from pillar to post without resolution. Needless to say, I will never waste my money there again. I wonder what it is about me that made them decide that I don’t deserve proper service but it says a lot about their ethical culture.

They are simply the best and super friendly. Their massages, wet or dry cupping plus heat bag is something that one has to try. Trust me, you will be going back.
