I sent a neon sign to Signland for repair. They then charged me for the repairs and sent the sign back. When I received it I noticed it hadn't been touched. I have tried for over 6 months to get them to sort this out. At first they agreed to send a replacement neon but then later they refused and told me I had to pay again. I still have the broken neon with absolutely no evidence of any repair. I feel cheated by Signland. Either replace the sign or give me a refund.
