This was my first time ordering from Bronwen at The Kiddie Company but it won’t be my last! The items I was interested in were out of stock. Bronwen went out of her way to accommodate me and to source the items urgently. Her communication was great, keeping me in the loop throughout. She went the extra mile and provided excellent, friendly service. The products were exactly as advertised. And as a very big bonus: the exact same items cannot be found at a more reasonable price, not even on the supplier’s website. Score!

Really great service. I was looking for a travel booster seat and reached out to the company via whatsapp to see if they will still be able to deliver in time before our flight. They gave me an estimate of when I could expect the product and I received it perfectly on time, not only that but it was delivered by one of the staff members to my door. They followed up later to inform me of the delivery and shared their hopes that we enjoyed the product - which we did, the product was perfect.It is small businesses like this that we should support! Keep up the wonderful energy team.
