I took my washing machine for repairs and was fixed quicker than I expected. The machine is operating perfectly and I never received complaints from my wife.

Phoned them on 23 March to repair a fridge seal and until now 12 April, still nothing. If i phone...only excuses. I do not recommend them at all.

Poor communication for a start. Personnel don't indicate exact times they could collect our appliance and made us wait. That can be brushed aside as a misunderstanding. Now in technical terms, our washing machine was worked on three occasions. The first time they took the machine to their site for repairs. On the second and third occasion, they did amendments at our home. Everytime they indicated that there is nothing to worry about and all would be sorted. Seems like they enjoyed driving out, burning their fuel and doing trials with an apprentice. An operation shouldn't be run this inefficiently. Wouldn't recommend Appliance SA for washing machine repairs. Unhappy customer. Money washed away which my washing machine couldn't do.

Gave in our dishwasher on Thursday. Received it repaired on Saturday. So happy!

They kept contact with me during the time they were waiting for the parts my machine needed, I really appreciated it. Thank you.

I will never recommend anyone to use this company.After phoning them they assured me that the can repair our washing machine and dishwasher on site whithout having to take it to their workshop. (this was the only reason we decided to use them).They arrived to quote on repairs on the washing machine and dishwasher. They informed me that they need to take the machine which I said is not possible.Then made us pay the R 300 call out fee and said they will return to come and do the work when we have connected the dishwasher. And we should phone them when it is connected.I have been waiting 2 weeks and after numerous phone calls they simply do not call back. And evrey time I phone no one has got any idea of what is going on.

I pay a fee of 300 after waiting for the oven to be repaired, not repaired at all, paid 300 for nothing

Absolutely the most unprofessional and most incompetent's service I have ever received. I requested a repair as my washing machine was not draining the water. They sent me a quote to replace the level sensor and service the machine. When I received it back the machine made the worst noise and did not wash and was badly scratched. When I complained I was rudely told that the machine's gearbox was on the fritz and apparently they noted it on their side but did not feel the need to inform me, which is a blatant lie as the machine was 100% before they touched it. They however replaced the gearbox at their own expense only to find that now the machine has a stripped wash part(pulsator) Again they collected for repair and just now when bringing it back with a broken panel this time , the machine is still making the sound and still not washing at all. This is now week 5 since they started repairing" my machine .And best of all charlene had the Audacity before she left to tell me i don't know how a washing machine works. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
