I bought a new car and requested a tracker installation for my car on the 8th of April 2023. The agent I spoke to said the first three months are free and I can add a second tracker for R40 extra. I gladly agreed to this because it sounded like a great deal. On the 30th of April they debited R298 from my account, which was the not the amount agreed to. I called their twice callcenter and asked them to rectify this, the agents were rude and did nothing to resolve my query. I even went as far as sending emails and whatsapp messages!I regret signing on to this company. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. I am in search for another tracking company and will cancel this stupid contract. I will also report them to the ombudsman! MXM

Worst experience ever! I only have my tracker in for 2 months and not only is there somthing wrong with my car ever since I've installed the tracker but my app is offline as well.I have made about numerous calls within the past 2 days but the phone gets cut off and no one called me back. I've been putting through to department after department and no one can answer me.The worst ever!

My tracker is just over a year old. The tracker works at times and does not work most of the time. Everytime I contact tracker they say they will book the vehicle in, but no one books it in. The service is unprofessional and a scam because I am paying for the last 5 months and the system is not working. I recommend not to use tracker, they are pathetic and just want to take money but not sort their system out. They design the system to fail after a year so can get money out of customers. I will escalate this matter even further with the ombudsman. When I want to cancel my contract due to poor service I have been told to pay the remainder of the contract. It does not make sense to pay for something which is not working. Very disappointed with tracker.

POOR SERVICE! If you want continuous problems with your billing, then go with this company. After I made additional payments to them, they keep deducting on the debit order. I must constantly call their account department (Boiboitumelo Mmotshwane) about the additional amount as to where she never gets back to a person. Even via email you won’t get a response. It now shows that Cartrack owes me money but still they won’t rectify their accounts. You can be assured that when the contract expires that I will be moving my tracking service on my fleet vehicles to another company.

Worst service ever!!!i wrote them mail on 10th March this year, till this day, i have not received any communication from them. My tracking device keeps on sending false alarm and that frustrates me because i do not use my car. Most of the times i leave it at home. So when i receive sms notification that my battery is disconnected i get worried. i am planning to cancel my contract with this company. I can't pay for poor service. My reg is CAA106713

I posted the below two months ago. My membership is still not cancelled. Honestly the worst company I have EVER dealt with.-----I tried to cancel my membership and had a the worst customer service I've ever received. It's been a few days and I am still waiting on the team leader to return my call. The consultant had no interest in helping me and she ended the call without allowing me to complete the survey. Shockingly bad service. Would not recommend.

Honestly wish I came to google reviews to see what this company was actually about. No problem to call you up at 20h00 to sign you up. Our car trackers were installed, worked for 3 days and have not worked for 2 months. Countless emails and phone calls to have them come out to rectify the issue but nothing. So basically we were robbed of our money each month paying for something that doesnt work. Absolutely shocking service and product. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

The signing up process is very quick over the phone but scheduling the installation takes longer than promised.I visited the branch for installation, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, it ended up taking 2 hours. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and nobody seemed to care.
