I ordered an awning through Calypso Blinds only to discover the manufacture and installation is done by Hunter Douglas. My installation was scheduled to commence yesterday at 2.30 p.m. (they failed to arrive), and after endless confirmations that they would be at my home this morning (26 August) at 8.30 a.m., again they have failed to pitch up. Absolute poor after sales. I am waiting 7 months for an electrical motor that was still under warranty. No response what so ever.
