Great quality PLA, printing RC planes and it’s much better that other PLA brands I have tried, thank you, makes the 3D printing experience much more enjoyable. I am in KZN and got my filament in 2 days using their courier guys.

Filament is normal, however the customer service is pathetic and the staff are rude and unprofessional. My small order took 57 days to be fulfilled after many phone calls, promises and lost order number" excuses."

Went online to order filament, I have never used these guys before but their prices seemed fine. I then get a message to say that the price on their site for one of their items is incorrect and I have two choices, either pay the difference or choose something else.......... but they will not be honouring the price for what I chose on that specific item. Wow, really ! I don't think they are big on customer service at all, I only hope that the product is OK otherwise I have really wasted money and I will take my business elsewhere. Perhaps a warning to other potential customers, don't take their site info as true

The worst experience ever, Stephan is extremely rude. but don't worry his insults how ever lacks imagination and still fails to answer the question.

Got 4 rolls of filament delivered - the quality is exceptional, the service as well. Highly recommended. I also received extremely helpful advice from Steph regarding the finer points of printing limitations.The PLA from them matches print quality with prusament (which is the best in the industry).

So Stephan registered my business in Google maps after I removed it, because I didn't have the energy to deal with his rudeness.So he ordered mesa cards from my online store, in the same week that my father in law passed away, so we didn't check our emails during that time, and my wife slipped up on Stephans order, because she was mourning her father's death.So we just received phone calls from Stephan, demanding that his goods better be delivered on the same day... I got fastway to collect the package and send it to Stephan, after that I got another call from Stephan, demanding that if the order is not delivered the Same day, then he's canceling the order and he wants a refund.I agreed to that, contacted fastway to stop the shipment and send The package back to me, and I refunded Stephan.Stephan then arrived at my gate wanting to collect his order, and I told him I'm not interested in doing business with him.In my 13years of doing this business, I've learned that certain people will want to be rude, no matter what.Stephan is one person who will never be able to buy anything from me... It's my choice.I'm glad to see there's many other people giving bad reviews and also similar experience of how rude stephan is.Anyway....

Very friendly and always helpful, even when reaching out on whatsapp. As a new enthusiast for 3d printing, Stephan guided me and helped me out with all my questions I had, and the products are of good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Filament Factory was a great help in assisting to sort out my troubled 3D printer which I would have resigned to the trash can. many thanks once again for the great service and assistance

Client service lacks. Delivery time pretty bad. Also experience filament thickness inconsistency.

Friendly, very helpfullwith great products. I ordered stock items, got the courier reference ten minutes later. Only shame is they are unable to keep large volumes of stock. Thanks guys for great filament.
