Good for buying second hand car original parts they have a return policy which makes them best people to do businesses with.

Useless going here when u really need to. I called them at approximately 16 15 today to check parts availability as it was urgent with my vehicle year and model number. On the call all was confirmed in order and available. Get to the branch at this address to find out they have moved. I call the lady back they give me the new address I speed up to get there in traffic. Get there I said I spoke to someone on the phone regarding these parts the 1 gentleman says we don't have these parts, the other lady as well and the other guy says give me ur number I'll see wat I can do. I told them clearly I drove from inanda to north coast road and back here coz I cannot lock my vehicle or I won't be able to open it for work tomorrow.THIS IS PURE LAZINESS FROM YOUR STAFF AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST I DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.IF THE OWNER WISHES TO CONTACT ME HE CAN BUT I RATHER WILL NOT DEAL WITH ANY STAFF MEMBER
