The assistance from staff was good, though, the snoek I bought was terrible. The meat scraped off when you draw your finger over it after defrosted, I couldn't cook it. Now its in the fridge, still having the receipt, but inconveniently far to return it. The jumbo hake also fell apart, raw. Sea Harvest disappointed.

I've received the best service and professional help from the manager after our purchase was a mix up. Their store is always clean, fridges full and the best prices in town. Everything we bought is exceptionally fresh!!!! Thank you for your excellent service.
