I ordered 5 interior doors from Doors Direct and Sunrise Express were couriers who delivered my order. They were on time but the guys were too lazy to carry my doors upstairs to the loft which is where I wanted them and where my gardener asked them to put them. Instead they just left them in my garage.The manager replies: Our delivery crew stated they were only requested to place the 5 doors in the garage area which they duly did."This is an absolute lie! My gardener has been with me for over 10 years and I trust his side of the story 100%. He most definitely did tell the guys that I "the owner" wanted the doors left upstairs in the loft."
