Promise at Michanic was friendly and professional. They identified the problem quickly and we were able to sort it out in a day. Amazing service, and the online booking is quick and efficient.

Today was the 4th time I have used Michanic, it was for my father's vintage Merc car and my car in a space of 4 months. As is with services you have a few glitches along the way like incorrect parts being bought or late coming, but I am Happy because the services were rendered, and our cars are running smoothly.I would like to recognize Brian and team who assisted my father's car, Well Done, yes, we had glitches along the way, but you remained Professional at all times and highly recommended for Mercedes Benz. Keep up the amazing work.Then I highly recommend Norman....the kindest and efficient person I have encountered in the world of mechanics, and you can see he loves his job, WOW.For someone like me who was very skeptical about Michanic, I had to read reviews and Hello Peter first, I can comfortably say, I will be using them for all services, they really do deliver on their side. No one is perfect.

The service was scheduled for 09h00 and to be completed before or at 10h00 today. Unfortunately the mechanic only arrived at 12h37 and a phone call stating that the mechanic was running late.Unfortunately I had to reschedule my diary due to services being rendered later then confirmed.I now have to recover a lost of income of a R1800.00 per consultation due to your establishment not keeping to your part of the agreement.I also discussed this with one of your employees and was informed that management will get back to me in this regard.

I booked my car for a major service. From the time I tried to book online Ashraf was very helpful and professional. Even when I took the car in for service he was keeping me updated on what was happening. I was very impressed with the whole process, from booking to completion. I needed my brake pads changed. I phoned on Wednesdayat about 16:00, booked a time for the next day, got an sms to confirm and tell me who the mechanic would be, with his number. I paid R2216 and was a bit nervous about being scammed, but needn't have worried. At 10:10 on Thursday Matome arrived. He was super efficient, very knowledgeable, and has an easy-going, likeable personality. He exchanged brake pads by 11:00 and, before signing off the job, asked me if I wanted to test drive the car, which I did, (around the block). He then did his final clean up, and gave me the old (veryworn) pads. He was so efficient, no hassle or fuss and best of all, I did not have to drive to the shop on ruined brakes! I would definitely use this company again... and recommend them to anyone needing help with a car.The tiny disadvantage was that they were a bit more expensive than other suppliers, but that is to be expected when a modest R200 call out fee is added to the cost of parts.

Such a smooth and pleasant experience! Booked this morning, and this afternoon already I had a mechanic on my doorstep, who was able to identify and fix what was wrong with my clutch then and there. Very responsive support on WhatsApp as well. Such great service at a very reasonable price, will definitely be using them again!

Today, I had the pleasure of using Michanic for the first time and had my Mercedes undergo a gearbox service. The entire experience, from obtaining a quote to the completion of the service, was effortless and smooth. It was a delightful experience working with this company. The mechanic, Mandla, was amicable, kept me informed throughout the process, and was professional in every way. He even called me 45 minutes before his estimated arrival time and had a friendly demeanor throughout the service. His assistant, Nkazimulo, was equally friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would highly recommend Michanic without hesitation and plan on using their services again in the future. Please continue to maintain your exceptional standard of performance.

I’m truly satisfied with the service I got. My mechanic Norman kept me updated at all times . I’m definitely gonna use them again in the near future cause I drive a Ford ranger so it’ll break again in the next few weeks lol….Highly recommend these guys
