Very unhappy with the level of service we received. We handed in our laundry and we were more than willing to be accommodating due to load-shedding, even giving the ladies an extra day (making it a 5 day wait for wash and ironing). Upon collection our fee was also loaded with a surprise additional 100 rand that wasn’t included in the original quote sent via WhatsApp. When we got home our laundry was still wet and had to be rewashed as it smelt really bad. Would definitely not recommend.
