Its level 2 lockdown guys. Customers need face to face interaction and while I could hear people in the office no one responded when I rang their very smudgy bell. I needed to phone head office whose message said ... due to Corona we are not at optimal operations (or some such thing ) and I must wait patiently. I waited and waited and then I got cut off.

If I could put in a zero star i would. I had them for about a year and as soon as one payment bounced, for which ever reason that is unclear to me, they handed me over to debt collectors. I was never contacted or warned and there was no reason on my side for the payment to bounce.Called head office and they refer me to the local office. Call local office and they say they are not seeing customers due to covid. So this was not resolved.Terrible customer service!

They question I would like to have a solid answer is why does the app only work once. As per previous year I could not log in again, even after I had to wait for office hours to ne assisted to get it working and received a call from Tracker to confirm. Now once again it is not working. Not acceptable.
