Fluxmans Attorney

They were forced to me by the seller to use for transfer, such an unprofessional ones they only bother about their fees which is almost double than other attorneys but on top of that when it comes to service they wash their hand off from everything. Docs were completed by our side on 15th DEC 2021 but seller signed the docs on 7th Jan 2022 that we can understand due to Xmas holidays but seller took over 45 days after 7th jan to pay the dues to different authorities like body corporate rates n taxes etc that too after our followup , attorneys were simply sitting and waiting they could have paid from the deposit to speed up the process.. After exchanging so many mails finally transfer took place after 2 months by end Feb. We lost one month rental due to that Will never recommend them.

They are the worst banch and unprofessional people.I have ever had to dealt with in my life. If their were a 0 star it would have come from me. I as also force to use them by the seller my first documents where submitted 30 Sep 22. The full deposit and their consultant fees was paid on or before 12 Oct. They were very lazy by not follow-up on outsting documents from the seller. They have not communicated with other Lawyers then I had to intervene that the deal have no delays going forward. But that was not enough it is 3month later and they have not ever registered the del as yet. This they have put all on hold for December 2022. They will only continue in the new year 2023.When all open on 09 January 2023 then registered will take then it will take another 10 working days if lucky

My experience of Fluxmans has been one of trust and Integrity. Steven Fisher has been my rock for over a year supporting and guiding me in SA whilst I've been living in the UK with and 'inherited' tenancy that was a nightmare and recently Trevor Simon with an eviction process. I highly recommend them both and their wisdom for doing the right thing .
