One star is too much for this company. First they overcharged to repair a leak and then they left the site with water meter still counting. I phoned to get assistance and they promised to get back to me, but never did. If you feel the need to still use these guys, please make sure that the job is completed before handing over any money.Water meter still turning at the same rate as it was before your team did any work, so it is debatable if they repaired or even found the leak. The reason I paid them was because they convinced me that I had a second leak in the house namely my shower. Once your team left I realised they had closed the water isolation valve to the house. so impossible for the leak to in the shower.My biggest concern is they probably knew this but they just wanted to get there money and go home.

THE absolute WORST drivers EVER!!!!!!You need to inform your drivers that bad driving is a representation on the companyThis guy almost drove me off the road - Number plate ND 419-137 - Driver properly this is not Egypt!!!!! It’s SANext time Watch your back

I am appalled with the service that I got from Ethekwini Plumbers!! I recently had my flat renovated and the contractors blocked my drain with debris and paint. Upon my insistence that they sort it out, they contracted Ethekwini Plumbers to unblock the drain. These morons poured a chemical into my bath, left it there and insisted that it would unblock the drain as time went. Not only was it ineffective, it eroded the enamel in my bath. I am not stuck with a bill to get another plumber and to re enamel my bath. When notifying them, I got hung up on. Disgusting!!!
