Handed my pc in 5 days ago to replace the PSU and to check what else was fried. They never phoned me, I phoned them over the weekend when they told me I need new MB and CPU etc too. I asked for quotes. Waiting 3 days now for a quote and when I phoned in to ask for it, they asked me what is my budget? Still waiting....

Really helpful...hygienic and very cost effective...my problem was resolved in 15 minutes and I will definitely support them again

Very poor selection of brands and limited amount of stock on others. Inexcusable policy on returns (don't try to return something even if you haven't used it, they won't accept it). Better off with a reputable dealer.

Purchased a LTE router from them, after a month it stopped working and took it back just to find out they need to send it in with no replacements. Promised to be resolved within 3 weeks, after 4 weeks I had to phone them to follow up, now after 5 weeks they are willing to replace it. This is totally unacceptable.

Extremely bad experience. Very bad customer service. Their communication with customers are very bad and they over charge for labor. Sent in my laptop for a new ssd card and cloning. The price list for labor fees said R250 for cloning but the guy that helped us charged me R750 extra and when I inquired about it he says that's the price for labor. How can the price list have one price and the guy working there charge something else. I was even told to fetch my laptop the next day because cloning takes an entire day to finish, the guy knew that we were coming from a far so when I went to fetch the laptop the next day I was told that the cloning was not done and that the guy is not at work. I had to drive so far and I wasn't even informed that I shouldn't come because the job was not complete. Was extremely disappointed and frustrated and the pathetic service. I will not recommend anyone to use this branch, they have no care for customer service.

I would leave a better review but unfortunately the people working in this store spend more time on their phones than actually helping customers. They were going to take 2 days to assemble my brothers PC but 2 days later they had not even looked at it. Whoever owns this store better find new staff. I would never walk into that store u less I really had to.

Very frustrating experience to deal with this store.Not very helpful. They never have stock of anything first of all. Thereafter they want to change me R25 just to crimp 2 RJ45 clips on a cable which I am buying from them.
