poor communication got to the establishment tired and discovered that most arrangements were drafted nothing concrete ,unfortunately I forgot details. front desk not all did not want to listen, sandwiches were covered in an old dirty green cloth, fortunately kitchen staff brought the sandwiches since they had to be added (asking for adding sandwiches was a mission that's why I'm saying front desk did not want to listen. My first email enquiring had a summary of dietary details, that detail was ignored. Front desk told me they never saw that email, yet that was the first email I sent. Those with special dietary issues were not provided for I had to speak to kitchen staff who were of assistance. I did not need the projector instead I needed something to attach flipchart... it was a mission to be provided with that...if all clients are treated like that the business is going to suffer....most emails I was sending I had to follow up because they were ignored.... there is big room for improvement otherwise the establishment in beautiful

We had a private dining room.The air conditioner did not work.The service could have been better.We ate our snacks off the silver platter, we were not offered any side plates.We got cold bean salad for starters.The vegetarian stir fry consisted of mainly cabbage.The lamb was served again with the starter bean salad.Would not recommend this place.....

Was there for leadership summit. Wonderful facilities, very friendly service. Beautiful surround and setting.Highly recommended.

Nice getaway with great food and friendly staff with excellent service, even when it's very busy ,clean restrooms

Second time back within one month since I attended a confetence here. Was impressed with Platrand Lodge and scenery.We decided to getaway for the Easter weekend and enjoyed the quietness, scenery and just to run and spent time relaxing.Will be back frequently to comr and recharge.
