The best Spa experience I've had in Cape Town and I've tried most of them.... the facilities are clean and I love the fact that there's never more than 6ppl having treatments. There's a sauna, steam room, changing rooms, relaxation room, free masks, flip flops (that you can take home), lockers, towels, gowns, hairdryer, I door heated pool, jacuzzi, etc. I love that fact that it smells like a spa, the staff are friendly, efficient and so helpful and the best part is the music is totally relaxing and not the sound of waves or the beach. The privacy and cleanliness is very important to me and I love the fact that you can make a whole day out your treatment by using the facilities. I will definitely be going back!!

excellent exsperience. clean warm and inviting. great lighting for a spa. pool was amazing. all facilities clean and well kept. Coco did my 1 hour treatment in a softly lit well presented and warm room. treatment was restful and excellent. rooms are respectfully quiet and this makes for a regenerative time at the Spa, as it should be. felt like a queen. will visit again. highly recommend. ticked many boxes for me. asI'm very fussy. I give it a 10 out of 10. thank you

A friend and I went for a half day spa day and it was the most incredible experience ever! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional - you haven't had a proper massage and body scrub until you've had one at Jiva Spa. The oils, scrubs and creams are amazing, the ambience is made for relaxation and we especially loved the fruit plate and cleansing tea thereafter. All in all, a 5-star experience.

Loved every minute of their back scrub, moisturizer, head and neck massage. A must for every one.

This is absolutely my go to spa! I’ve been there so often in the last 5months and this spa never disappoints. 5 star service and Vuyo is a wonderful masseuse. Facilities are good, you can use the hotel’s lap pool and the jacuzzi is wonderful. They will go to great lengths to satisfy your last minute requests. Wonderful spa.
