I have always loved Otttimo. 20+ years ago whe we stayed in Kenzington it was our regular Friday night restaurant of choice and midweek when the urge was there. I went there again last night as I was in the area and great to see Marco in his usual spot behind the counter making the best pizzas. Service was fast friendly and professional. Covid practices adhered to.

Ordered carbonara and Mexican pizza. Could tell there’s no love in the food and minimal effort bout in. Taste is bland compared to when we use to frequent this place. Mince on pizza was from the bolognaise sauce.

Would have given 0 stars if possible...Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered online and was told 30 to 40 minute wait time - over an hour and an half later and they still haven't finished making my order. When I called the restaurant to ask where my order was, I was told it was going to be finished in 2 minutes and sent for delivery - 20 minutes later and my order is still not ready.If I was told that they were busy and the wait time was longer, I would have accepted it, but they lied.Don't accept orders if your kitchen can't handle the load, because all you end up doing is giving pathetic customer service and ruining your reputation.You've lost our business.

Still the best Italian restaurant. If myself and my son had to pick a favourite it is the spaghetti with mince. My only request would be to add spaghetti with meatballs. Quality and flavour of the food is consistent.
