Over a period of about 2 months I have tried to get my account manager to contact me. When calling for him they will not give his email or phone number he has to contact me. I have called in at least 6 times. Super frustrating.

IS is one of the most frustrating to deal with. Their ticketing system, and therefore by extension their support is horrendous. I have not once been helped by their support in resolving an issue. The connectivity issues are usually resolved by the time they get an engineer to even test. Currently I have no connectivity for 4 days, and I cannot even get an ETA out of their support.If you run a business stay far away from them as an end user. They do NOT know what customer service is.
