Jürgen Is an IT wonder that came to my rescue when I had computer issues near a close deadline. I would highly recommend their service as they give you the service you need fast and they don't try to oversell products and services you don't really need. I won't trust going to anyone else in the future as I know I won't be lead astray and my computer will be performing at it's best.

My company paid for a hardrive in November 2022 and still have not received a response after trying to call and email on numerous occasions with multiple excuses given. To only find out that they have closed shop and no longer in the same location.Very disappointing.Hi Jurgen. There has been no misunderstanding. We have been emailing Those IT Guys" and calling for months. As goodwill we paid upfront in November 2022 and still the product has not been supplied to date. Kindly escalate this matter or we will have to continue advising others about this poor service. Regards"

Unbeatable customer service, I posted on a facebook group needing help to build the best value for money pc with my budget, Jürgen was able to help me in less than 10min of posting and within half an hour already had a complete specs review available for me through messenger. Not only that he gladly helped me to understand certain aspects better in terms of PC components and even got me signed up on their Sage One system and I only had to send one message to get signed up he did all the effort for me.I can not give enough praise keep up the awesome work!!

Walked in already knowing what my PC problem was and wasn't ripped off. PC was sorted and wasn't overcharged or lied to about what was needed. Wasn't even charged a diagnostic fee. Terrific service, will return if I ever need to.

Service level is shocking, on smaller jobs, and they really gave me the run around. Often not replying to messages and calls for weeks, and then seemed to have no clue who I was or what work they were doing for me.

Really professional. Does diagnostic before ordering parts so you dont get a surprize. Can highly recomend. Keeps you updated via whatsapp on repair progress so you know whats going on with your laptop. Will use them again as they are cost effective
