Since they have put a youngster in this store it has gone down. I was a regular, however you have lost me as a customer as service is hugely degraded and I do not get service as I used to. The youngster is not good, half job, rush you out. I cannot support the huge downgrade in service. And so you have lost a regular customer. From 100% reduced to a 10% service quality, which is not the value I had grown to expect. Until such time as you sort out summerfiekds store, I won’t be supporting and it’s sad after years of great experiences. This youngster is very bad for your business.

The young boy was excellent, an outstanding service he performed and very talented young man and makes a huge difference in the business. I've been going to him for the past 2 years honestly an excellent service that was provided. I would definitely recommend him to my fellow people
