Beautiful, peaceful environment with very unique decor. Lovely welcoming reception when arriving at the venue. Winnie is so friendly and an absolute darling. The most gentle hands & very courteous when it comes to her clients needs. First time I tried this salon & I'll definitely come back when in the West Coast again. You definitely get 5 star treatment here!

The experience was amazing from start to finish. From the booking of the massages, the constant communication, the collection via tuk tuk at your accommodation, the massages to the delivery of ourselves back to our accommodation. The therapists were amazing and sorted both our issues out. We feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The fact that beverages, including wine thereafter, was included in our packages, is the cherry on top. We would certainly recommend this to be on your itinerary when visiting Paternoster.

Lovely place. Booked a 30min back neck shoulder massage. The treatment room was comfortable and smelt lovely. The location is great and within walking distance of where we were staying near Bek Bay. The therapist was very good. The host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go back.

You can't go wrong when booking your stay or spa day over here.Amazing atmosphere and just love the decor and look.Melissa and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.A perfect place to visit for much needed TLC, for a couple or a group of friends looking for a ladies getaway with beautiful sights and a great spa experience.

What an amazingly special day! Hubby and I enjoyed a special halfday couple's spa session, with the most amazing breakfast, drinks and cheese platter. Guided tuktuk drive around town rounded off our experience!

Where do I click for zero stars?From the initial extremely unpleasant phone call, I’ve found dealings with this spa very frustrating and unprofessional.I was sent price lists that had been Screenshot in WhatsApp, even though I initially phoned to book and enquire. Was told I’d be contacted at the end of a business day to confirm or reject my booking, despite slots being available. So I couldn’t make another plan in the meantime. And then an hour before my allocated slot I received an unapologetic WhatsApp (not even curtesy phone call) stating that the therapist is still in Cape Town and won’t be available to assist me.How a business functions this way is beyond me, and customer care was non-existent from start to finish.I had heard bad reviews by word of mouth, but chose to try this spot anyway.Awful experience.I see the spa also only comments on the positive reviews- interesting.

Awful experience. Arrived for couples birthday pamper (husband's 50th birthday surprise, which they knew about) and was (VERY RUDELY) told at the gate that she" didn't arrive (2nd therapist?) and proprietor was busy with another client and it wasn't her fault and she'd tried to contact me (hadn't at all) and nothing she could do about it and sent us away."
