Great work by these guys:) I was particularly happy with the service experience; they were very conversant, responsive and easy to get hold of at the shop. I got a really good deal on a Thinkpad W-450 desknote and it was basically mint, and think a lot of that work happened at the shop. They even outfitted me with an SSD at half capacity for no extra charge (and i didn’t even ask); they did check in.I did order online though, and it looks like all branches have a unified online storefront, and I live way out in the boonies — so if your situation is anything similar to mine, I would recommend checking in with the shop on specs before they ship (for me, it was RAM). Orders are fulfilled by Courier Guy (atw) and things ship and deliver on time. Easy recommend.

A very good company and reliable with good staff

The customer support I received was phenomenal. And my order was delivered on time. I highly recommend PayCheap. I needed a bit more information before placing my order and they answered all my questions via WhatsApp. I even ended up doing the order via WhatsApp. They're quite flexible.

Their service is excellent on refund they do immediate payment

I had requested a quote for 2 devices which was done and confirmed availability. An invoice was sent to me via email and I was asked for immediate payment. Done following instructions of payment and delivery address, I had no contact for 2 days then when I followed up with the order I was told that they didn't see the Email and that I should have sent them a whatsapp. The devices that I paid for had been sold and there was no more stock. After a request for a refund was denied, alternate items were arranged with the same spec only a different brand, there was a cost difference but they were happy to honor the original price. After waiting for the delivery and receiving the items I found that the spec was not the same as I had ordered, the items are not as I asked for. I am still waiting on feedback with what to do with the items. Google certified Android TV Box.
