FOM has the most impeccable customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a pair of tekkies at V & A for my partner that unfortunately were a big fit. When we tried to return them, they only had his size in a different tekkie, which we weren't interested in. I contacted the FOM support them & they located the correct size for me in their Pretoria store. They ensured that the return & shipment of the tekkies occurred seamlessly with the courier company. The new pair arrived this morning and to say I am ecstatic would be an understatement! My partner wore them to work this morning. We love the FOM brand, and will definitely be buying more of their goodies in future!
