Sparkling Auto Care Centre Wonderpark

I took my car for body repairs on 2nd Feb and they told me it will be ready by 5th Feb, I got my car a month later 2nd March. The reason was my Car's FRM Module (which controls lights and windows), was damaged because they jump started my car due to the battery being flat, I had a BMW OEM battery that was less than a year old (NormallyBMW OEM Batteries last 7-10 year based on my experience driving BMW's), I could have returned the battery back to BMW under warranty but they had replaced my Battery with a Generic Battery and they had traded my BMW Battery. The battery distribution panel was also damaged and missing some bolts and acid drain plug also missing. Now let me get to the job at hand, it is very poor, it's like I repaired my car from guys who panel beat on the side of the road, paint dripping, cracks on paint job, incomplete assembly, my front door which needed paint only is now hard to close which is annoying that I have to bang the door at least 3 times before it closes, the damage was only on the rear right door but now my drivers door is affected. I wish I had not taken my car there. If I could, I would give them negative stars. Please avoid that branch, if not all branches. I feel like my car was at chopshop being stripped. No info as to who I am supposed to give my contact details to.

Brought my car for a wash and they did not even bother to wipe the seats and the inside of the car.. it is like they only washed the outside and left the inside... took the car again because I complained and it came back with a scratch and they are not even bothered by the fact that they scratched car....I would give a zero if possible shame... I would never recommend anyone to that car wash, they are reckless and do not care at all... Now I must go fix a scrach because of their incompetence

The consultant answering the phone doesn't know what a claybar is. I asked if they do claybar and polishing and they didn't know what I was talking about. Not sure how a place can be an auto care business when they don't know the basics.They called me back and couldn't give me a price for the claybar and polish service. It's good that they called me back but it was an overall frustrating experience. I'll try a different branch

Best car wash in Akasia. Its R30 more than my usual car wash. But i have since decided this iswhere i rather spend my money at. No regrets best service ever.Good customer service. The energy the staff have and the love and care for our cars is above expectations.keep up the good work guys

Today 28 May 2022 they gave bad service from hell. They don't care about their clients. Waited for 2 hours. I asked for car key the said is not done but when they were done they didn't bring the car to me but with other race clients they bring the car to them. Useless and careless.

Great carwash service, also seen a repair done on a friend car and it was perfect

Great car wash but waited 3 hours sitting right by waiting area, the car was done... Someone put the keys back without mentioning its done. I waited so long for a car that was long done. Not impressed at all. I understand that it's a very busy season but this is when awareness and focus is important. Anything can happen to a car which is unattended for long. That time, the owner thinks it's in good hands.

I love the way they do things, it's different. They've drivers trained for the job, managers, i i call them all rounders (checking everyone by the car wash). Every dipartment has specialized workers. They're my favourate car wash ever.

I had a pleasant experience there. My car's engine has never been this clean in a while.
