Absolutely rude. No customer service. No apology even from management. Rather don't bother shopping there

Ziphorah Ditibane. That sister's service from the clinic is amazing. She is nurturing and kind. You can tell she loves her job by the way she treats patients. We need more nurses like her.

If those people at the pharmacy didn't want be pharmacist or pharmacist assistants why on earth did thet choose thatAll the ladies there look sad and depressed they not very helpful and a dnt care attitudeThey dnt behave like professionals the guy with the tattoos have better manners and he is very helpful n has the willingness to do his jobClicks management should really look into their pathetic service at their pharmacy

Very disapointing service ,used card payment and it declined but money was deducted from my account and no help was offered soever ,no money reversed and was treated badly.The manager didnt even bother herself to help she just looked and left .

Such a long wait at the pharmacy, only one person assisting customers at the busiest time of the day, not worth going there. The staffing should be organized so that at lunch time there are more staff available to assist at the pharmacy.

If I could review zero stars I would do so. My mom who does not drive bought an eye pencil that turned out to be dry. When we were able to fetch the pencil and return it the manager, Precious refused because we did not have the clicks card even though we had the receipt, the debit card and the invoice with the club number. I offered to get my mom to send a pic of the card so that she could type the number in. She point blank refused to help me stating it was store policy. However, Precious did not have on her name badge (store policy??) and when I entered the store there was no security at the entrance (store policy??)(I wanted to show the security I had intention of returning items).Today we tried to return the pencil again with the Clicks card this time. This time a different manager insisted it was too long and refused to assist again. The item was purchased on 8 August, cost R89 on a total bill of R677.12, of which only this item was being returned.I will never use this clicks again. For a less than R100 item, they will loose a customer who spends, let me say too much at their store. I will also insist my mom no longer support CLICKS if this is not sorted out.If Head Office does not fix this problem any further business will be done with their closest competitor.

Slow , unorganized , always 1 or 2 people serving at the meds section when there's 4 or 5 counters, ALWAYS! been getting my meds there the passed 2 years and nothings changes, in those 2 years I've only ever met one employee that actually helped me, so yeah I'm not interested in sorrys anymore or how can we change or make it better" I just go there expecting to spend hours there which I do and over time I've learned to just live with it"

I've been a frequent customer over the years, at Clicks Ferndale and have had amazing experiences throughout. From Nicky, to Blessing and Emilio, when they left I was worried as it's hard to find pharmacists that don't mess up mom's meds, but Aphiwe has been assisting me from claims queries and other pharmaceutical questions, and she's been consistently patient and efficient every single time. Please celebrate her as she gives her best and is a delight to work with. This is my favourite Clicks as every staff member in store is friendly and leaves a lasting impression in the best way :)!

Absolutely shocking service again at this branch. I waited 20 minutes to get alergex.!!!! only two on duty at the pharmacy side. . This happens alot at this branch. I will not go back. I called the manager she apologized but did not put anyone else on to help the other customers.
