Amber & Grace Guest Farm

What an amazing Country Side guesthouse! Cutest Alpacas that roams around. Stunning rooms. Wonderful host! I definitely reccomend Ambers and Grace for a tranquil getaway.

Wonderful setting at a unique guest farm with Alpacca's and Maccaws... situated off a farm ( gravel ) road, accessible by regular road vehicles. Great for couples attending weddings in the area. Zani was a wonderful host, attentive, polite, and helpful.

What an awesome peaceful place. The Alpacas are cute and even lets me touch them. The food is home made and more than delicious.

Lovely place just off the N4 highway. Close to nearby wedding venues. Beautiful and clean facilities on Alpaca Farm.

What an incredible stay!!! This is a top venue. Fantastic host, rooms are amazing, clean, cosy and so well decorated. Incredible food, creative takeaway breakfasts. Real country feel. A home away from home. So grateful I found you. Could not have asked for better. Thank you for making my stay so incredibly wonderful.

We had such a great experience here, the people are very welcoming, warm and very friendly. The dogs are too cute and the bedroom was so nice. We had the most relaxing weekend

Beautiful, clean rooms with luscious bedding. The Guesthouse is extremely peaceful with all the animals roaming around. The alpacas are so adorable! In the morning a tasty & healthy breakfast was dropped off in a basket in front of our room - such a wonderful and quaint experience. Definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again.I stayed at Ambers & Grace for an evening with my partner as we were attending a wedding at Lace on Timber (12 minutes drive from guesthouse to the venue). The reception isn't too great once you leave the guesthouse and we were not prepared for the dirt roads, but it was manageable in our small car. 1 hours drive from central JHB.

Firstly I’ve been to 51 countries and this has to be one of the worst hosts I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with a looooot.The good part is the rooms are beautiful and as per the pictures, neat and well kept.My flight was unfortunately delayed and I could only check-in at 19:00. Most places just charge you a late checkin fee and move on. When we arrived Zani started shouting at us saying she is cooking dinner, no welcome no hello just a lady shouting and being hostile.I then asked her to quickly distract her dogs so I could kindly slip into my room, which she again started shouting. At this point I’m just close to tears as it’s the day before my wedding and I really don’t want drama. My sister (who I was travelling with) refused to stay at this lodge with this crazy host and was able to find last minute accommodation at Destiny Lodge which we totally recommend. I unfortunately could not change my accommodation as I had to get ready super early with hair and makeup for my wedding the next day.The next morning Zani did apologize for the whole encounter, however it was the morning of my wedding and a little too late. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Just have some empathy and love when dealing with people that’s all
