Amazing, excellent customer service.

Not the best customer service, no offers help they just watched walk around and they busy rearranging stock. Eventually I approached one of them and raised the face that I’ve been here for a while and no one assisted. Basic customer service is not that hard.

Make sure you check your clothing as the sales people at this store were blatantly trying to sell an item of clothing that was already tailored to fit another person that was returned. Upon trying to return a pair of pants that could easily be restored to the same length the lady had the audacity to argue about the fact that they don’t take back tailored items, when in fact that is exactly what they had done before and I was told this. I went on their rack and found the exact item (a blazer and pants) I was told a month ago that was tailored and returned up on the rack for sale. Not only did they try to deny the very prominent evidence I placed infront of them, they still had the attitude to tell me that “their whole team is here so tell me who told you this had been tailored”. really? Your whole team working on Easter weekend and public holidays? Don’t take me for a joke. I came to the store three times in the same week assisted by the same gentleman and he was not there. Atleast he had the decency to tell me the truth that the item was tailored, whereas this woman and man simply argued so that they could be right. So highly unprofessional and unnecessary that we just left all our items and got a refund for what they were WILLING to give a refund for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Walked into the store around 7 pm,many salesman were just standing on the floor doing nothing,asked the sales person to be assisted with a golfer size and was told they busy with a client I should ask another sales person which I did and was told his busy with a client who just walked in.I will never shop at this store again pathetic service.

My child was playing in the common area outside of this store. The imbecile of a store manager came out to complain in a very impolite tone (it's not like the kid was in the store, or even touching their glass fronts).So, after ruining the kids game of going up and down the stairs, we left the area and Failbiani gets a rating befitting their employee. On duty fool at 10:15 on 4th of January, 2019. Please contact me, if Fabiani wants to take a stance on this.
