whatever you do do NOT contact them for a quote with your real number, they are actually auto and general, after contacting them tour phone will receive hundreds of spam calls. Oh and their minimum excess is like R4.5k whereas other companies range from 0 to 1k minimum.

So shocked and speechless ,called just after 3pm to report a emergency with a burst pipe in my kitchen that was flooding my house please not this was a 3pm..Was instructed that someone wil be sent out ...2h:40m later I called to follow up why it's taking so long and was then instructed that it's now after business hours and they can't send anymore out even though i made the request during business hours ....and they can send someone now but I would need to cover the bill .So thanks to virseker I am stuck without water for the night ...worst service everPlease stay away...

Virsekir is ok but they lack communication skills with their customers.Only when I called to cancel my insurance with them did thay quickly jump to rectify my concerns.Other than that did a Alwyn employee promise to phone me back whenever I have a problem and he will call me back ASAP, it's been 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting Alwyn!So if their customer service is like this and there's nothing to report regarding an incident then I dread the day when there is something to report.

First i had to pay for hiring a vehicle because their claims department is asleep and then i made the mistake of mentioning i am in the market for business insurance....unsolicited spam calls 5 consecutive times morning afternoon late afternoon has made me change my mind about taking business insurance because of the manner in which their sales people handle themselves. Aggressive sales with no thought given to the fact that you might actually be busy which is why you did not answer and then you are so put off you do not want to deal with them at all.... So i will remove my vehicle insurance from them and take my business elsewhere..

Claim was approved 8 weeks ago for a scratch and dent claim (Opknapperplan).I've called Virseker and AutoMagic more than 20 times, costing me valuable time, money and a lot of patience every time.... waiting on the line for more than 15minutes every time!Viseker promises to call back with an answer. Calling Automagic makes the same promise, to call me back.Now, 8 weeks later, still NO progress??How can you sell a service ,Opkanpperplan, for an extra R260 pm on top of what I already pay, but there is ZERO service. Always the one company blaming the other. I feel so powerless. What are my options here? Is it so hard to just deliver a professional service, where is your pride Virseker team?

I don't trust them. They refuse to share the claims assessment document with me. Demands are very one sided post sign up with them. Claims consultants are scripted robots and can't think. According to them this may only be made available after claim has ben finalised, meaning you have to rely on their word that the assessed damage is what they say it is. They also don't communicate on email, constantly phoning even after I opted for email communication. They are a very dodgy, basically auto and general posing as an independent afrikaans company. Bly weg!!!

Absolutely unacceptable!I've been with them for more than 5 years. I insured my business, my person and my household through them, claim free.When I attempted to file for a claim for the first time they increased my premium before even having collected details of the incident. A week earlier I upgraded with an additional add on service already increasing my premium. While updating my details items were removed from my schedule. I was informed I will have an increased premium.So they appear to punish you for attempting claim. I tried to reason with the call center drones/gate keeper but its all policy this and policy that.If my premium increased after my claim, no problem... But without even reviewing my claim. Bunch of hipocrates claiming to support" Afrikaans speaking people?My policy: I urge all to really carefully reconsider before doing business with them. Worst insurance company that rely on empty promises. I regret ever moving my insurance to them and would discourage anybody doing the same. Avoid at all cost and do not be fooled that the service is provided in Afrikaans.

I will NEVER take out insurance from them! They are SPAM calling me every day. I have received up to 20 calls a day!! You cannot block the calls on your phone as it is from an UNKNOWN number.Every time they are asking for a different person!They are not adhering to the POPI Act at all!I have NEVER given consent or even given my number to them.Absolutely disgusting how they are disregarding our personal privacy!

They are friendly and helpful when you want to add insurance. When you have random other queries they never really call you back.
