Checkers Bothasig

I wanted a coffee from the coffee station, there is no one to serve you, i ask if they could send someone to the station. No one came i waited 15 minutes then i walked out. There were other people also waiting and also walked away. Thisis now my 3rd time with the same experience. Why having a coffee station and there is no service. ThisIs pathetic!!station if tbere is no service. So patbetic

They frequently get pricing wrong. Today especially. I query the price is wrong. No its R72.99. So I pay and go check again after I paid. R64.99. So I take a picture. Go to the cashiee showing it should be R64.99. She decided no dont trust the picture cleaely showing their own barcode. Send someone to check. 20 minutes later the person finally come back. They took the wrong item and then oops. I am in a rush and cant wait 20 more minutes.Service like this shows how incompetent management at Checkers are at training their staff properly. There is no client service. Its non existant. This hasnt been the first time this happened and each time a very long wait.I will now actively let the world know that Checkers are pathetic at service. They want to make it so terrible to return items so that they can fleece money from their clients.

This is by far the best Checkers I have been to in a very long time. They have a big variety of fresh produce and everything is clean. Staff is friendly. It was a pleasure to shop here. Only downside was that I spent much more than I should have because everything was so inviting

Great centre, lots of parking, only have two comments that needs to be improved. Paraplegic parking gets taken up by vehicles that does not have discs. Also there should be sign boards pointing to the public toilets.

I usually shop here all the time, doing my bulk grocery shopping, and odds and ends here and there. Never had a reason to check my slip. This evening they advertised a product for a certain price, and when I got to the till it was almost double the price. I stood waiting for 3 employees to explain why the price is almost double, and neither could give me a solid answer. I asked if the price is different then why advertise the price they had up. John Lendoor gave me such an attitude when I made my query, making me feel like my question is invalid and silly. Hands in his pockets, shrugging and tilting his head when I kept asking for a proper explanation. Lucian Naidoo was very calm and helpful, though. Never did I notice how this Checkers is robbing people blindly. I won't use this Checkers again, unless I have the time to stand and check item by item on my receipt before leaving.

The whole shopping centre had a face lift. It is just sad that Shoprite Checkers upgraded to Checkers. It was convenient to have a Shoprite in a decent nabourhood, but that is a thing of the past now.

Shelves always full. Fresh fruit and veg every time I've been there and the staff and management are always visible and approachable. My best compliment... the best merchandised checkers yet

I want to thank the Manager at Bothasig Checkers (didn't get his name). I ordered 2 platters on Thursday to be collected on Friday at 4pm. When I got there, there was only 1 platter and my guests will be arriving at 5pm. So the Manager took it upon himself to organize another platter and he delivered it personally to my home before 5pm. So my party was a huge success. Thank you Manager of Bothasig Checkers.

They've just recently changed from Shoprite to Checkers and have done a bit of a face-lift. I'm fact the whole shopping centre is undergoing a face-lift. So the shop looks good but some of the staff aren't very helpful or friendly.

Love this Checkers. The layout of the shop is lovely. The passage between the racks was ample nicely stacked and the prices visible for the eye. Not too expensive. Recommended this Checkers to all visit it and experience the feeling inside. Friendly people
