Great customer service. I phoned this branch after shopping around and no one would guarantee me the colour i wanted. They came to my rescue. I was helped by Stephen who ensured that I got the colour I wanted and delivered to me in Nelspruit. He also did damage control and swapped cars (mine was stuck in kzn coz of hail) just to ensure that the car got to me before the day I had stipulated.

This branch sold me a brand new car with a faulty starter, it wasn’t even driven for an hour and you could hear the issues. So until a new part comes in, I have to drive this car with the risk of it not being able to start wherever I go. Highly recommend using another branch.

Just had the pleasure of having my spresso serviced. The lovely lady Tebogo in the service department was so helpful kind and friendly. It was such a pleasure, and so fast. I would not go to any other dealership just because of her. Thank you so much!

Service wasn’t upto the mark. The staff was occupied most of the time. Something we’re not communicated properly. They had pick up service but the driver was busy.

Honestly awful experience trying to buy a car from here. Never had to try so hard to give someone money.So slow to give answers to basic questions like what colour cars are available, then after waiting hours for a response the person helping us" announces he's resigning with immediate effect and disappears. Can't make this up.Even after complaining about our terrible experience there's just zero urgency to help and extremely poor communication. And still I sit without answers to my basic questions days later. Do not recommend."
