Brought my car in for repairs and received excellent service. They called and notified me daily on the status of the repair and had my car looking almost brand new at the end. 100% would use again and recommend to others.

Very professional staff, very welcoming, repair work done on my vehicle always on point, also very accommodating if and when there is a need to take vehicles back for touch ups or little issues. Faizal, Sivashni and the rest of the staff are always on point in keeping clients informed of the progress of their vehicles along the repair or restoration process.

My car was sent their for major repairs after my car was stolen & then recovered. My car had to sent back their for the repairs to be done again as it was not safe to drive or roadworthy. They didn't even clean the inside of my car. They claimed for & got paid for a new car battery for my car which they did install & then they kept the old one which I had recently replaced. Then my car was stolen from their premises whilst it was being repaired on the 20th April 2023!! It took them about 3 weeks to report the theft of my car from their premises to the police. They have made this theft of my car from their premises a horrific experience for me & my son, my broker & numerous Discovery Insure staff. The Commercial Street SAPS have been amazing, they gave the correct advice & supported me. I didn't want to take forceful action to get a case number.Another claim, excess for me to pay, no car for 4 months so far & no end insight. Legal battle now going between Discovery's Specialist Insurance department & East Coast Panelbeaters. I'll be without a car but paying for car insurance until they finally sort out. No end in sight for me & this situation just bills & more stress & problems. I'll dream of another car to drive one day & I'll look at the pictures of my old car

The service agents were friendly. The quotation was half the price of another service provider. They kept me up to date on the progress. Offered to pick me up to collect the vehicle. We are always offered drinks tea., coffee, water or coldrink whenever we are there.
