Awesome Service from the Hospital & staff Keep it up my baby Milo is doing much better & feeling well. Milo is only 5 years old & the Vets that treated him did excellent work & they are so dedicated to their work on saving lives.

Very bad vet! If I could rate 0 stars, I wouldI took my cat in today because she had a bump on her head. The staff were very reluctant to help me put my cat in a cage.Once the doctor came he couldn't even be bothered to assist with opening the cage and taking my cat out. There was an assistant who stood and spectated but also did not assist. The doctor then asked me to go weigh my cat on the scale in his office because he was too lazy.I asked if they could trim the cats nails as she was scratching the bump on her head causing it to bleed. The vet refused because he was too scared.I was charged R950 for 1 injection.They also struggle to understand what you have to say and DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.The vet I usually frequent is up the road and I assure you that they are the best. Unfortunately, they were closed and it was an emergency. I've taken my cat for the same issue previously and one of the staff immediately took my cat and put her in a carrier. He stayed with us the whole time and assisted the doctor. I did not even have to hold my cat.The doctor asked me many questions about my cat, he shaved her head to look at her skin, checked her ears and told me the possible causes etc. My cat was given an injection and ointment. I was told to come back if my cat does not feel better and I will not need to pay for consultation again. The staff member then carried my cat till the car.That's the difference in service.Next time, I will rather take my cat in the next day to a vet the helps rather than a vet only interested in making money.

My mom's dog was really ill and went into shock and was very Critical. We took the dog here and after the doctor Examined her, he treated her and she made it through the night. We are really grateful and extremely happy with the service here. Thanks to the Vet and the helpful staff our dog survived and is recovering well. Thank you.

Excellent service received from all staff, special mention to the night shift VET Dr SK, who assisted our dog after being bitten. He showed real compassion towards our dog and us as pet owners. Also, Dr Ida needs a mentioned. She is friendly and has a passion for animals. Very clean practice.

Most caring loving staff . Very efficient professional

I recently visited New South Veterinary Hospital (still visiting) and I must say that Dr. SK, Tanya, and Ida are fantastic! They were thorough and caring in their treatment of my dog. They frequently monitored his condition and sent me updates on his progress. I am so grateful for their expertise and compassion. If it weren’t for them, I’m not sure what would have happened to my furry friend. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care. You won’t regret it. It’s definitely worth traveling the extra mile if needed.

Very good experience. The staff are super friendly. They explain everything to you. And the fact that they are available 24 hours, makes any emergency easier to handle. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and very affordable. My cat was injured and had to stay at the vet for a few days. He was well looked after and the doctors kept us well informed along the way.
