Their service is pathetic starting with the security guard it's like all of them hate their jobs i merely stopped a staff member and he kept on walking so i asked do you work here he said said what do you think and i later found out his part management wearing a red t-shirt i will never shop there again absoulty disgusting attitude..

I wish if I could give a minus star rating.... Terrible service and terrible place to shop... Lady at money market side took 25 minutes on a single customer... She had no clue how to put passengers details while booking air ticket... I wanted to book for a 55 years old passenger who wasn't feeling well on a bed... They told me to bring the I'd physically as they don't accept pic of SA I'd sent via WhatsApp... After waiting one hour in the queue they sent me back empty handed..... Go and shop there if u want to experience hell

Terrible customer base, terrible customer service, Entrance always filled with men,which is very intimidating, cause you don't know what to expect and upon exiting i find my my car 2 wheel caps wheel caps gone. I called them the next day but was told they don't have cameras at the street parking bays and no security there,..

My son went to collect his 350 srd grant one of the ladies at the money market said she unable to assist him as he did not have his phone with him which I have with me but I received a message with two option(kind of like an opt) and excepted but no money was given to him and he was instructed to come back with the phone that his registered with. I even spoke to lady at the money market explaining why he never had the phone with him she said there nothing she can do he left. I told him to then go to Shoprite in Newlands there they where able to help him when i received the message (opt like), i except they clearly told him there was no fund available to him so what happened to the money at Brixton(It was reflecting) then all of the sudden nothing at Shoprite Newland? recommendation anyone?

Mehh the staff there are not really intelligent when it comes to cleaning and cashiers aren't exactly the most coherent individuals. Also the financing department are thiefs and criminals. Check your account when you buy from this place.

Well located, neat and tidy though the is a shortage of staff there but the managers seems to b not entertaining that!

Even though I didn't get my favorite ice cream flavour, I got all the things that I wanted and the cashier by the name of Manokwane Moreo (who was working with another lady who I didn't catch her name) who was working at the last till was very very patient and friendly,I had a mini problem but throughout the whole process of changing pins, she remained patient and understanding
