I have been dissatisfied with Vodacom's customer service as of late especially telephonically so it was heart warming and reassuring to find someone who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service diligently and professionally.

Vincent was the sales consultant who assisted me with my insurance claim and setting up my new phone. He has been tenacious in sorting out my problems and helping me. I can not recommend Vincent and Vodacom store in Brooklyn higher.Thank you. You rock!

Upgraded on 8 June. Upgrade had out of box failure. Took it back Monday 12 June. My phone is still lying there !!!! No joy !! Pathetic service to say the least !! Wish I could give ZERO STARS !!

0 stars for the tech centre the arrogant man kept us waiting for 45 minutes after he failed to find a charger as he was lazy to look in the back room.5 stars for the manager lady and another gentlemen who went out of they way to help us after they saw us waiting long by the tech centre.I'm still waiting for an apology, all he had to do is tell us that he didn't like us and that he wouldn't help us not keep us waiting for 45 minutes for a service. Kindly teach him some customer service. His words complain to who ever u want". So that's exactly what we doing."

Purchased a phone from them on contract. Phone was insured via Vodacom also. Handed the phone in for repairs on the 16th of December 2022. Was told repairs would take 3 months. After a visit in person and two telephonic follow-ups, I have yet to receive any feedback regarding the location of my phone, despite one of the managers and two technicians promising me feedback or to be called back. Left my number and details each time. It is now May and I have all this time, been paying for a phone that I have not been able to use. Customer service is non existent it seems.

When it comes to customer service, this Vodacom Shop is leading its local Brooklyn rivals. Everyone talks about customer service, but unfortunately few deliver. This Vodacom shop is setting standards. Just to be clear, it is not just about how helpful the in store staff are. The staff in all these cellphone shops are all making an effort. It is really a question of whether the retail business of the compsny allows for good customer service

This is more a review of the person than the establishment. We were helped by Hope Katsande and her support and effort knew no bounds. She communicated clearly, helped us make better choices and walk out with a better phone than what we had originally had in mind within the parameters we gave her. Very knowledgable and customer focussed. Such a pleasure.
