Best Western Cape Suites Hotel

Myself and my husband were in Town for a wedding and decided to stay at the Best Western Cape Suites overnight as it would have been a far drive home after the wedding. Even though we only stayed one night, it was spectacular. The room was clean and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast buffet we had the next day was delicious. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay and we might bring the kids as well. Thanks so much to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and worry free.

Not the best location for public transport options. There is a free shuttle offered to the city, V&A and the airport. Amazingly friendly staff that all go the extra mile" to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. Second visit to this establishment and would recommend it as excellent and affordable accommodation"

Absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay at best western, the breakfast was awesome, the staff are friendly and helpful, it's situated close to most tourist attractions, rooms were neat and tidy. Definitely recommend and Will definitely be going back there for my next holiday.

Absolutely shocking service levels from the property. I requested a double room with a King bed . Much to my surprise there were two single beds. I am totally disappointed and disgusted with the service. Extremely unprofessional. We had no option but to leave the next morning after one night. We then booked in at Knightsbridge Century City. A spectacular place to spend the week.

Absolutely awful experience. Our room was above the quarters where the bins are cleaned, so all you hear is that as well as workers laughing and being noisy. The aircon is so old, you cannot hear a TV over it. I specifically asked for a double bed, but was given 2 single beds pushed together so if you lay in the middle, the bed separated. The shower's glass didn't have a rubber seal, so one shower and the bathroom flooded. Will tell EVERYONE not to stay here.

When we arrived, the people at the reception were very friendly. The room has a nice balcony which had a beautiful view of Table Mountain. There were 3 rooms and a small kitchen, including a microwave, oven, sink, stove, and kettle. The rooms had clean sheets, and minimalistic furniture. The bathroom is not the best, a lot of dirt and grime throughout the bathroom. In the bathroom there was a small fan that turned on whenever the light was on. I noticed that there was no one to clean my room while I was away. I also had to ask for extra towels and coffee creamers. Before I came to this hotel the reviews were fairly good, and other reviews said that the wifi was the best. In my hotel room there was no internet connection at all. The breakfast was great with fruit options and a chef that makes your own fried egg or omelet.Overall an okay hotel to stay the night or two, but not for longer stays.

Staff is friendly, professional, helpful and so welcoming from reception to restaurant. We loved our stay. Thank you for your hospitality, generosity and kindness

Wow their standard was great, when you went out for breakfast which was delicious, you come back to the sorted and perfectly cleaned.
