Dr Somaya is by far the best dentist I've ever had. She's amazing at her craft, she exceeded my expectations with her skill, patience, attentiveness and kindness. I made an appointment with them and THEY gave ME the time to come and I’m and when I arrive absolutely no one is there and no one is picking up my calls. They totally disrespected my time and did not warn me at all that this would happen. It was an emergency tooth extraction and they did not pitch.

I have read the comments that have 1 star and I am sitting here agreeing to every single one of them! I always check google reviews I am not sure why I didn't check this time. I will never go back to this dentist , she is cold and my teeth cleaning was 4 to 5 minutes TOPS! I take longer to brush my teeth. She is not gentle, does not speak to you at all and does not give you a detailed explanation of what is happening in your mouth. I urge you doctor not to respond because I have also noticed that you give very generic responses, this review is not for you but for the next person who may want to book your services. She said I need an extraction I will not be using her services for something so intense. You are cold, impersonal and lack care of patients who are already nervous to be in your rooms You did nothing to my teeth and you know that, what a rush Job! this kind of practice is unacceptable. You left a 5 star review for yourself, well that's shocking that you are reviewing yourself and that your assume your treatments are 5 star, I don't think you are going to change how you treat people because I think that it is in your nature however I do hope that the person reading this will change their mind about coming into your practice.
