i am happy for those of you who rated this shop with a great review - I can unfortunately not say the same. If I could, I would have given a half of one star. Absolutely pathetic service delivery - phones are dropped IF they get answered by the parts department. Unfortunately you are one of the shops that supply parts that we have to get assistance of, being in Kimberley and the town being the size it is..... please UP your service and teach the sales personnel some telephone ethics

Very rude I was asking about a cold air intake or a pod filter only for them to make out there is no such thing and I don't know what I'm talking about . sorry to say but that is why I won't be going there.

It is now 10 weeks since I returned faulty light bulbs purchase from All parts, I bought it the Saturday and return it the Sunday after I installed it. I went to the Shop 5 times already, called them numerous times and also sent an email, but haven't received any response. I don't think that they want to give back my money. I have rights and they are busy to violate it.
