Superb service! In-store, well managed polite and very diligent staff. I was also extremely impressed by their online ordering system. I had a delay in my order and was assisted telephonically by an operator named Michelle who's service was incredible!

Majority of the cashiers are cold and not friendly. Also had a rude cashier (Chanelle Jafta) stare at my gf as we walked past her towards another cashier. It wasn't a stare of admiration or friendliness but a stare of disgust. My gf saw her staring, my gf looked away and the cashier continued to stare at her and only broke her gaze when she had to attend to her customer. Not sure was it because my gf is of indian descent but it was very rude, uncomfortable and inappropriate of the cashier. Never shopping here again. Filled out a complain slip and hope the cashiers customer service improves.

Dis Chem is by far my favourite pharmacy when it comes to buying medication and toiletries. The prices are good too. Their pharmacists are always friendly. I love their free delivery service,for those times when I need medication,but am not able to drive. Keep up the good work!

To be honest only ordered from them using their whattsapp system but found it extremely useful/practical and the overall service was excellent

After finding the only place that removes implants my implant was removed today and fear was my number 1 obstacle. And that is the one thing i did not experience during the procedure. Thank you so much sister Mpumie for your great service, you are truly excellent.

Store setup, customer service, waiting time is by far better than Clicks

Had my baby's 12 months injection today the nurse ended up injecting her with water only and said she forgot to mix the powder with the water... baby ended up having 3 injections instead of two only... my poor baby was already traumatized with the first two and to hurt such a small child again for such a mistake was a horrible experience for my baby
