Expensive brand but sometimes they have promotions and its worthwhile looking at what they have. The manager was very unaccommodating with regards a pan I wanted to buy. They never keep the boxes for the items on display. The R2000 pan I wanted to buy was scratched and didn't have the inside sticker to tell me about the pan. The best they could do was bubble wrap it as it was meant to be a gift. Pinkie made no offer to phone around for me . I had to ask her to do so. The 3 staff members switched from talking English and basically ignored me. I will never go to that shop again and will consider even buying le crueset in the future.

Bought a kettle a while back that turned out to have a factory fault, took it back to the Clearwater store and the customer centric approach by the 2 staff members were amazing! Friendly, helpful and really efficient! Thembi and Pinky - well done and thanks!

Clearwater Mall. I always expect good service but here I got exceptional service, since I started with a query yesterday. Well done ladies! You should be proud of how well you do what you do and how much of a pleasure it is dealing with you. Store is beautiful as well and so well put together. Everything was just great.

My experience today, in buying a voucher, was really frustrating. Why has it got to take >15 minutes for issuing a gift card with a certain amount?

I've been to a few other LC shops in Jhb and must say the service at Clearwater branch is the best. I was very relieved to find friendly smiles with no one sizing me up based on how I look or what I'm wearing, my money is good here. The product of course goes without saying...top of the range.
