Yesterday afternoon (26/3/2019) around 16h30 I arrived at Fat Cake City Strubenvale Springs to order food for dinner.Do you have any idea how terrible it looks when your African staff have just had lunch at the wooden tables and are sloffing around these tables and sleeping.It does not give a good image to customers at all. My personal feeling is why take lunch this time of the day and surely they can sit somewhere else where the public does not see them like this. You have a young european lady working there by the till is she not maybe in charge. This was not a good experience at all. Worst of all when I entered the shop they still layed around for about 10 minutes.

Fatcake city Ermelo roadBought 2 rib burgers and chicken crunch burger. We were so nauseous eating the rib burgers due to the rib patties. We eventually ate the vetkoek removing the patties which was fine the. That patties does not taste anything like pork, neither beef or chicken,. I don't know what it contains or the mixture but it is the worst I have ever tasted. The chicken burger is awesome. Rather stick to that guys

Very bad quality food, tasted disgusting and salty! And not well cooked at all, wont be buying from them ever again ..not even with free delivery , thanks but no thanks!

Gross.... Enough said.. When ordering something. Not fish.... I really don't want to taste the person's food before me.. Change the oil you cheap skates.

Freshest fat cakes in town at an affordable price, great menu options for dinner.On the chips side, a bit of false advertising as they do not fill the box with chips/fries.

Was always a lover of their food, but I think this is because of the other branches that I had previously been exposed to.I went and ordered some of the fat cakes, one with mince and the other with chicken. We could have honestly had better meals if we made them ourselves. The lady at the counter couldn't seem to be bothered with the fact that she gave us food that was soggy and was runny.I won't be seen a mile from this store!!!
