CCD Couriers

This company and courier are just so poor service-wise.Wasted my entire morning waiting for a parcel that never arrived!The worst part is no one can offer an explanation or apology!

Great service from the delivery side , very friend guy ! quick and efficient . The call centre however- needs some serious training, first point of contact , gives a bad impression. Overall, thanks for a job well done !

VERY VERY VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR DELIVERY AND IT IS NEVER ON TIME!!! AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK THE REVIEWS, I GUESS THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED ON IMPROVING.

Pathetic service. My card was scheduled to be delivered today (to an address that is different to my home address because I was to be there for the date scheduled). Upon arrival the driver has no customer etiquette at all and was busy on a call whilst I'm giving the ID and proof of address ( which is the same as the card address). I sign the document and then he starts asking me a whole lot of questions like is this a freestanding house you're in now, how many bedrooms, who's house is this, why am I here. All of that is none of anyone's business. I can schedule my delivery wherever I want. If I was at work would the same questions be asked. This driver was arrogant, he refused to hand over my card. So I said fine take it back and destroy it if you're refusing. I then called the head office and laid a complaint. They advised that none of this should have happened and I gave the correct information. The Durban office does not even know what's going on when they call me yet the guy lies that he already spoke to his head office and I gave wrong docs. I had already spoken to the head office 3 hours ago and they confirmed that I gave all the correct information and my card should have been handed to me. These guys are so unprofessional. Don't cross question customers as if you are the police. Even home affairs don't behave like this for passports and thats saying alot. CCD Durban needs to get their act together, think logically and behave professionally. I am not here to answer your long list of irrelevant questions. Am so disgusted by the way this went down for a simple card.

This company has absolutely terrible customer service.If you are someone who isn't at an office during work hours... which are the only hours they deliver, then I would highly not recommend using this company. In my area they only deliver between 8 and 12. These are my work hours. This company has absolutely no intention to help you.

Does not keep to arrangements. Took the day off to wait for my package as they cant give an exact time. Didn't pitch or pitched outside the 5 hour window that they arranged. I phoned to check if they are still coming. Person was supposed to phone me back to let me know. Never did. Off day wasted

This company has pethetic customer service and do not keep up with the arrangements made for delivery I will recommend that Rain network provider stop using CCD courier and use RAM courier as their services is quick and they deliver to the client even after working hours at the clients requirements.

You will be met with rude staff on calls that will first finish the conversation they are having with the staff member next to them before talking you,which can take a while even though they are calling you,extremely unprofessional as dates and times be given of delivery only for packages not to arrive,followed by second calls with the same product to be delivered.This a none managed company that seeks no professionalism.

After reading most of the reviews here, I've come to the conclusion that this is by far the worst company to deal with. Went to the bank to collect my card from Fnb and this company delivers the wrong card. How this company has been operating since 1995, is beyond me. Will never again deal with these people ever!

Fantastic, professional staff, drivers that go above and beyond to make sure the parcel gets delivered.Now thats service.. Keep up the great job
