This store is somewhat of a mystery. They display fans in the middle of the winter. That just shows you the thinking. Then they play African Gospel music the whole time very loudly on their PA system. It felt a bit like an independent store and not like a PNP. Staff on floor rude and not helpful but cashier was a star! Nothing else wrong. It is just the wrong vibe for a PNP...

I actually went to Pick n Pay Clothing Store. I saw an item similar to what I was looking for only to find out that it was not the colour that I was looking for. Very clean store.

Most of the time I can get the things I want. Only thing I can think of is that they can put more cashiers on the counters when things get busy. Sometimes the lines are long.

Always has great offering visited whilst they were loadshed and during government grant collection time but they manage the queues very well and manager kept updating shoppers when they experienced delays
