I was at Steers 2 weeks ago and nobody attended to me. The shop was empty, I was the only one attempting to place a order but the lady was playing on here cell phone and the manager on the other side was looking at me while doing something on the computer and. He also ignored me like his staff member who was suppose to be taking my order. I stood there for over a minute and decided to go next door to Nando's where I was welcomed and attended to swiftly. I should actually rate my experience zero because I don't think this type of service can be tolerated at all In this day and age that we're living in. I really love a Steer burger and I was refused the opportunity to order to order one on the day.

Best steers in SA. Hands down! They really care about their customers and the burgers are nice and Saucy not like the other steers I've been to. The owner is very humble and he's always concerned about his customers. I buy like almost everyday from them even the fries are nice and crispy and always taste good.

Shame I don't know what is going on with your employees. It is beyond me how could a waiting time for ice cream be more than 30 minutes. Where as it was not full at all. And also it apparently is known that the service is pathetic, I would understand if they had to make the food from scratch.... Its a Frenchise for heavens sake. I feel sorry for the owner for what goes on in his or her shop I'm assuming while not there. I did not go there to ask for anything I went to buy there. So please work on your peoples skills. And I also did tell them.

Delivery was super quick.We understand and respect every religion, however if your website says you have PORK ribs and BACON & Cheese Chicken burgers, why is it not what you give?Update your website OR cater for ALL peopleThe single beef rack was so little, my 6year old asked for more. The price is ridiculous for the small portion.

To the Owner & Management!The food was good as expected.However customer service needs a serious update here, the staff needs be more polite & attentive to customers.The lady that served us on the 25th of June around 6pm was rude & not helpful, we felt in her way and this was not a pleasant experience.The frontline staff can make or break a business and it's with great sadness that I can only give you one star as this was the worst service ever received by a franchise fast food business.Please addres your staff on proper etiquette, I will visit again soon and give feedback on my experience.

I bought full chicken lemon and herb sauce and what l got was literaly boiled chicken with no sauce thats how terrible the food was. Wasnt what l ordered,l would have taken it back but decided not to waste my fuel.Steers goldman centre is a joke.I Regret the experience

Bought a Wacky Wednesday yesterday and it was so well made. It was juicy and has sauce oozing in it. None of the steers i bought from before has ever made it like this. It always tastes dry. The managers really see to the customers. And i forgot to mention the shakes really go down well. Kudos to the owner. For a halaal steers that makes good good I will be back every Wednesday.

Not so famous chips. I asked them for some spice on my chips. I was then told there is already spice on them. No effort was made to even look at my complaint. The manager just stood back and shook her head at me. I Will not recommend this branch.

We always enjoy the taste of Steers on a Wednesday ,.. well prepared organiside and very clean,. The oder did not take time i odered in the machine and they assisted me very fast i did not have to wait,... and prepared very fast well packaged ,.. great service indeed and most they sanitise their are and require masks,.. and follow all covid 19 protocols ,.. thanks to the manager of the shop for such a good experience and service,.. and the waiters for assisting with a smile thank for,..
