Always a high level of service at reception, staff are very professional and go out of their way to make one feel important and attended to.

This morning I was at SARS in Cape Town and was told I needed a certified copy of my identity document as Customs and Excise did not wish to accept my original identity card.Wishing to save time in finding a commissioner of oaths I went across the road to ENS's Cape Town Office. I was very politely assisted by your staff on the ground floor who directed me to the fifth floor.The reception staff on the fifth floor called an associate who made copies and certified the copies of my identity document.The associate was Mr Olwethu Gusha. I would like to thank him for his professional service and ENS who presented with with a solution to my problem and saved me a lot of time and frustration.Many ThanksEdwin R Penhallrick
