Surprised their google reviews aren’t worse as their hello Peter reviews are terrible. Never responded to emails and delayed our transfer. Better to go elsewhere.

My sister passed on 2019 my mom was referred to stbb to handle the estate where she met Caryn..she is Still awaiting on this matter to be resolved been almost 4 years and yet nothing have mailed Kelly but don't get response this is extremely emotionally taxing on my mom...have read great reviews on Caryn but yet here we are being just pushed aside..Last communication from Kelly was she has till November 2021 but middle 2022 and we are still waiting

This place is amazing, they treat you like a celebrity and really go out their way to make you feel comfortable. Mishka at reception has amazing people skills and very polite, Kelly the associate is very courteous and efficient in dealing with the client.I really enjoyed my 2 visits there and would recommend their service with no reservations
