I actually dont like going there bcz of the bad service i get from the staff and the worst is front line they start talking to other people while they busy with a customer tell me where is the customer service.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Camping sites all well kept, clean, and spacious. Ablution facilities always clean and tidy. Campsite nice and quiet during the day, as it appears that many of the campers use the facility as a stopover.

Very busy, waited in long queue. Only 3 tills open. Hardly any warm food available. Could not find flavoured milk, no person available to help me.

Typical Spur atmosphere, good service, friendly Staff. Food excellent, however you have to ask for the pensioners menu - not brought to you automatically. They try to promote the main menu and not many aged people know about the pensioners menu.They also do not promote and sell Spur Card. Mine was full. could not get one from them.

A supermarket to meet most needs. It was clean and the staff helpful. The prices may tend to the higher side but they have longer operating hours. The security and car guards where especially helpful. Ample parking and wheelchair friendly facilities.

Staff member was chatting too long with customer so I had to wait patiently without any excuse from her and not even a greeting. Poor service.
