Laundry Magic

Terrible customer service. Took my clothes to be ironed and asked them to be done on the same day as I was leavingin the morningthe next day. They said it was possible. I came back at the time they had suggested they said it was not ready and I must come next day early morning. When I arrived the next morning, they had not even started with them. I had to leave without them. I called the owner to complain, he told me he's still driving and just hung up. TRIED calling again he didn't take my calls.Not sure if one should trust such people with your personal items. There is no accountability and professionalism. Imagine what would happen if they damaged lose your item?There are many other dry cleaners and laundromat in the area, I've decided to use those
