Nespresso

I am have had a Nespresso coffee machine for longest time, and although it is now rather old, it still works perfectly. I often purchase my coffee sleeves at this store and the service is always excellent. The staff are professional and know their coffees well. They offer exceptional service and advise. It is an absolute pleasure to shop here. A very special thank you to Hlengiwe,the lovely lady who is so happy and friendly and always patient and willing to help.

Really enjoyed visiting this store. So many choices. I did purchase my machine combination. Intially I was greeted by the manager. Didn't really like her, she gave of this vibe like she's forced to help me. I'm someone with a ton of questions before I purchase something. I like to do my research and make sure I make a good purchase decision. Thereafter I left, wasn't in the mood to even buy anything from being assited by someone who's pushing me to buy something I don't want. A week later I went back and was assisted by a short African lady, WOW. The service was excellent, she answered all my questions and was patient with me. Giving me really amazing advice on machine combinations and pods. She even gave me two coffees to taste the difference between the machines I had in mind. Which shocked me. Her patience, knowledge of products, professionalism, and kind tone is what lead me to purchase my machine combination,pods (around 25 sleeves) I must I say I'm very pleased with my purchase and I will continue to go back to be assisted by such a polite person. If she's not there, I'll visit another day. This store has hundreds of options to choose from, ask the staff for a sample of the coffee before purchasing to see what you like. Nespresso doesn't miss with their limited edition pods and advent calendars. Packaging is amazing, quality products and soon to be environmentally friendly pods!! Can't wait!!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, but special mention goes to a lovely young man called Pelelani. He was so knowledgeable and charming that we walked with more than we went in for. He is an asset to the company and is reason enough for us to shop there again, simply because service like that is so hard to come by these days.

Excellent service. Staff helpful and honest . All questions answered. Went just before closing time and ladies were in no rush. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great service received. I wish i remembered the lady's name but she was brilliant. She knew all her stuff and was very helpful. You dont get this kind of service in South Africa anymore.

Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Well-stocked store. Tastings are good and you never feel pressured to buy. Have always been helped on time. Clean and safe.

Store is well decorated and looks upmarket as you would expect, however staff feel like we as customers are doing them a favor by purchasing from the store little do they realise they not even close to my league hence attitude needs a big change
